We are specialists in trademark, design and patent registrations in Hong Kong. Our agency was founded by a qualified lawyer with admissions in a few jurisdictions, who had practiced with international law firms and had been in-house counsel of the international brands ESPRIT and RED EARTH.
Our agency provides an efficient and competitive service but with good quality control. We are not a bare search or filing agency working on a mechanical basis. We are interested in knowing more about our clients' businesses, their product development and their longer term need of IP protection in Hong Kong. We fill the knowledge gap between what a client has or intend to do and what is procedurally achievable in IP protection in Hong Kong.

Our clients consist of 3 main groups - in-house counsels of listed companies, foreign law firms, and business managers of small and medium size enterprises. For listed companies, we provide discussion on IP strategy, review their IP portfolios and help to reduce waste and duplication while maintaining substantially the same level protection and coverage on a much smaller annual budget.
As Hong Kong is neither part of the Madrid system for international registration of trademarks, nor a signatory of the Hague system of international registration of industrial designs, has only formality examination of patent, we provide a quality, reliable and economical correspondent service for foreign law firms to file their clients' applications in Hong Kong. We provide written reports and written confirmations at every stage of the application process, upon which our professional clients can rely on to advise and report to their own clients. Due to our professional background and work culture, our quality control and stringency of checking follows that of international firms.
We have various direct clients who are small and medium size businesses with increasingly valuable brands, new product designs and improvements. We are interested in the development of these dynamic groups of businesses, their product creation and their export to new markets. There are various know-hows on IP protection which we can share with the business managers, correct their mis-conception on IP, and manage their IP filings in China and in their major overseas markets.
